I would recommend checking out some reviews from your fellow skaters to see what they are saying about the Shorty's Black Panther Bearings. Both the Shorty's and the Bones are decent and have durable construction. Best brands are based on personal preference. The exact revolutions of a bearing is not given to us.

The Ceramic is Not As fast as the Swiss but the Ceramic is a little more stronger but the Swiss Is better

the ceramic bearing is made by Bones swiss bearings, and a similar ceramic bearing is made by Bones reds bearings. The ceramic is Bones swiss's most expensive bearing because its is faster, lighter and ceramic bearings do not rust. So in fact your question dose not make sense.

Unfortunately, I can not answer this question because the Shorty's Black Panther Bearing is not 'ABEC' rated. Yet, the ceramic bearings would be 'faster' than the swiss type bearings.
