You may want to consider ordering a size 11.0, in the Fallen Patriot II - Men's. If it's to big, you can exchange for a smaller size.

The outsoles on both shoe models you are asking of is about an inch thick. The outsole thickness seems about the same to me on both the men's Fallen Patriot II shoe and the DC Shoes Court Graffik style.

Yes. The men's Fallen Patriot II shoe runs 'True to Size' which should seem 1/2 size bigger than the men's Fallen Seventy Six shoe model that we have stocked at the warehouse. So the 10.5 would be the better choice for the Fallen Patriot II.

Both tongues on the shoes in question seem about the same thickness, which is really 'fat'. If I had to say one of them was thicker, I guess it would be the men's DC Court style. But as I've stated, the tongue on the men's Fallen Patriot II shoe is pretty 'fat' as well.

The men's Fallen Patriot II shoe, which has a normal fit, will actually feel larger than the men's Fallen Seventy Six shoe; which has such a size difference that we recommend ordering a 1/2 size larger in the 76 version. But for the Patriot's, we recommend ordering your normal shoe size.

We don't seem to have any stock left in the Trooper style if we did carry them, but I would think the Trooper design and the men's Fallen Patriot II shoe will have a very similar fit. I would recommend checking out some reviews of each style on the vendor's website to see what your fellow skaters are saying about each design and how well they hold up.

The men's Fallen Patriot II shoe would have good traction to ride a 'ripstik'. These shoes are made to keep you on a skateboard, sometimes while doing tricks. So, for just cruising around with a ripstik, these shoes would work.
