answer 1
The Bones Bearings Swiss Labrynth Bearings will most likely produce the same speed as its predecessor's style, the original Bones® Swiss bearing, but has a more developed 'casing' so to speak to keep dirt out even better than before. Speed and performance of bearings will be an individual's perspective; and even tho others may feel a bearing is faster, some riders may choose a different design concept just because they like the branding better. So sometimes it does just come down to personal preference.

The bones swiss ceramic bearings are more expensive because they are lighter, faster and can not rust. The labrynth bearings ( currenty what I ride) are also very high qualety bearings but are not as light, they are not as fast and they can rust.

answer 2
The Labrynth bearings have a better seal to keep dirt out, and the shields do not create friction with the outer ring of the bearing. The main difference is that the Labrynth bearings will last longer.
