The image we have online of the Nixon The Player Watch in the White/Gold style does seem to be off a bit. The writing as well as the inside frame is actually Gold as it is shown on the vendor's website.

Question

Band Colour

Hi, I now someone has asked a similar question however the band colour states that it is all black and I have seen it stores that you can get a blakc which is a deep black and matte and I have also seen others state that the band is black but looking at it it is more of a gun metal band so a dark silver/ grey but now actually full black.. can someone confirm?

We use the descriptions the vendor uses for the men's Nixon the Player Watch. Granted, we don't always get it right; but I think everything was corrected on our website since the last question came up about the colors. I went to the vendor website again and they do list the watch with the silver band as a Black colorway.

Question

Is the pictured gunmetal colorway the real gunmetal color or the gunship color as shown on nixon's main website?

There seems to be a bit of a mix up and confusion on the gunmetal colorway vs the gunship colorway on the ccs website. It is labeled gunmetal but the picture of it showing is the gunship color as seen on nixon's main website. I just wanted to clarify this before I end up purchasing the one I don't want. Thanks

The men's Nixon The Player Watch that we have stocked at the warehouse is actually the Gunship color, or the darker Grey that is pictured on our website. The watch image is correct, but we will have to fix the color description.

No the band is made from moulded rubber so you cant take the links out, but i am female and have a small wrist and it still fits well. I wear it on the second smallest size and there isnt really any of the band hanging out and it still looks good. Hope that helps!

The actual manual did not say anything on the ease of taking links off the band to make it smaller. Since nothing was stated, I would think you'd want to take the Nixon The Player Watch to a professional jeweler to make the modifications you are asking about.
