The Reflex Utili - Tool is not "flexible" as far as bending. The manufacturer may have referenced 'Flex' because it is a flexible tool in terms of many uses.

Try a slip jaws pliers, (Channel-Locks), get a grip and turn to the left.

yes it can because it has a thing on the other side that u can use to remove and insert bearings

Yes, it may, if you look at the back of the tool, you would see a thing poping out, put that in the wheel and scoop it out.
