Yes, I'd suggest a Darkstar Complete for a beginner like him, they usually have skulls on them, and they're not expensive, but the sweetest skull graphics would be on a Zero.

The Zero Single Skull Complete would be an excellent choice for you. You can indicate to have the skateboard assembled by us as well so you do not have to worry about it. All the parts (deck, trucks, wheels, griptape & hardware) are all included in the complete package so you do not have the stress of choosing your own components the first time.

Yes it says pre built just tighten the trucks up and ride the board little bit work the bearings and u will be straight
