Ive never seen these in person so i have a question. One of the colors(the one i like) are they like a slip on kind?How does it stay on with no shoelaces?

I presume you are indicating the Black/Charcoal style for the men's Vans Era Pro shoe since this colorway is not showing shoelaces in the image online. Not sure why though, because there are actually two sets of laces sent along with the shoe...a Black set and also a Grey set.

Some may think the men's Nike SB Janoski shoe will feel more 'padded' because of the Zoom Air™ heel insert. Comfort is a matter of individual preference tho, and some may prefer the Van's design for better board feel. I would recommend checking out skater's reviews of the two styles to see what others have to say of the 'feel' of the shoes. This may help you with your decision.

Unfortunately, at this time there are no pending orders in the system to replenish any of the sizes for the men's Vans Era Pro shoe in the Burgundy/Antique White colorway. Unless more stock is offered to us in the near future, this particular style will no longer be available from the website once warehouse inventory is gone.
