what does it mean with mix up?

i mean like they are four weels with different color? for example: red,green,yellow,blue or something like that?

You are absolutely correct. There are four different colored wheels for the Ricta Natural Mix Up Wheels. In fact, I think you actually have the correct colors listed as well.
