Question

Quality of these shoes?

The NYC 83 vlc gets bad reviews on amazon; the reviewers say that the shoes are of poor quality (stitching rips after a few weeks, logo on the tongue fell off..). I am interested in these shoes but now skeptical about the overall quality having never owned an Osiris shoe before. Any idea on the quality? Thanks.

My best advise would be to do what you're doing, reading reviews on the men's Osiris NYC83 Vulc shoe to get an idea of what others are saying of the quality. Because of the nature of this position, I can not give an opinion. But we even have a review section on our website that might offer you some insight as to how others feel about the design. I would try to keep an open mind tho. Sometimes what you are reading isn't all that true either, but could be a disgruntled customer knocking the shoe for whatever reason. But you will start to see a pattern in what people are saying if there truly is something off.

Is this shoe small?

I have understood from comments on the non-vulc NYC83 that the shoe is small and will fit if you get half a size smaller. is this true for this shoe too? what size should I get if I wear DC Pure size 9?

The Mens Osiris NYC83 Vulc is running true to size. You would need to purchase you normal shoe size for this item.
