The rise on the Mens KR3W K Skinny Jeans is measured from the top of the waist on the front of the pant, to the bottom of the fly in the crotch area.

The men's KR3W K Skinny Jeans will have a higher rise (only an inch, tho, so not much different); but, other than that, they will have a similar fit to the men's Levi 511 style in the waist & legs, even down to the leg opening of about 15".
