The men's Plan B Sheckler Chino Pant will have a very similar fit to the men's Volcom Nova Jeans. They both have a skinnier, straight leg fit ending in a 16"-16.5" leg opening. The Volcom style may seem just a bit wider throughout the legs, but not much.

The men's Plan B Sheckler Chino Pant will not have a skinny fit. I did a search online under 'girl's pants' and found some styles that may interest you in a skinny fit. Check out sku #66-40622 or #66-40623 for starters if you'd like.

I would think a size 26 would even fit you in the men's Plan B Sheckler Chino Pant. This style has a regular fit waist, and I wouldn't change the fit by too much if you are used to wearing a size 26 waist in other jeans, even Levi's.

do the pants stretch around the waist
i fit size 30 (30"inch) but a little tight and 32(32"inch) which fits me fine but feels loose when i am skating,i am wondering if i get size 30 if they will stretch because they are 2% spandex to make it more comfortable when i skate rather than a loose 32

The 2% Spandex material will help us a little with your situation, but I wouldn't rely on that alone to get a size to conform to your body. Normally, if you are a 32" waist, then you should stick with that measurement, even with pants that have some spandex in the material. But the men's Plan B Sheckler Chino Pant is a style that is forgiving with dimensions, and a 30" waist in this case might be the better choice for you anyway, for both skating & casual wear.
