I can't be absolutely sure of this because the images are from the vendor, but it looks to me like the shoes in the picture are the men's Vans Authentic in the Black/White colorway, sku #61-22245.

Not really at all. The men's Volcom Vapato Chino has a slim-straight fit throughout the legs ending with a 15.5" leg opening.

Yes, the Volcom Vapato Chino will have a skinnier fit throughout the legs than the Dickies brand that we are selling online. However, not by much because the waist on both styles is what would be the slim fit, and both designs seem to have a straight leg fit.
