Will this fit me?

my head is exactly 7 inches thats a small almost medium but the only sizes in right now are 7 then 7 3/8, they are sold out of 7 1/4. I have never had a hat before but I'm really liking this one so if I get the 7 3/8 or the 7?

The DC Shoes Men's Empire II New Era is in stock in size 7 1/4. If you like a tighter fit, go with the 7; otherwise 7 1/4 should fit.
