No. The men's LRG Latitude watch has a 30m water resistance rating...which is splash/rain resistant, but not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water related work, or diving.

Yes, the LRG Latitude watch is water resistant to 30 meters, which is water proof enough for the shower.
