Neither. The men's Lakai Linden shoe will have a similar fit to the men's Nike SB Eric Koston shoe. Both styles run 'True to Size'.

Question

How's the width and toe cap on these?

Are they a bit forgiving as far as width? And how is the toe cap? Because my feet are wide and haven't been fitting many recent model skate shoes. I noticed it says form fitting upper, so let me know at your convenience. Thanks

The men's Lakai Linden shoe will have more width room than some brands, such as Nike branding, yet it is still recommended that you order your normal size. After a short break in period, the upper should form to your foot for a snug fit. If you feel you have wide feet, then going up a 1/2 size may help you get a bit more room in the shoe, even in this model.

The men's Lakai Linden shoe has a double stitched upper, which might last you a little longer than some other upper designs. It is difficult to predict the longevity of skate shoes because it depends on your skating style and other factors I can not guess at.
