I measured waist size 32 inseam 11" and outseam 20".

The inseam on the men's CCS Legacy Bedford 5 Pocket Twill Short or any other short will be the length of fabric from just under the crotch hem area down to the bottom leg hem. For this short, the inseam length is 11" long.
