If I wear an 11, should I size up or down when purchasing this shoe?

I bought a pair of Fallen Slash shoes a while ago and i had to size up to a 12.

If you normally wear a men's size 11.0 shoe, then you should probably order an 11.5 in the men's Fallen Daze shoe. It does seem that this style does run a bit small.
