The men's Element Aidan Snapback hat is as stated, a snapback adjustable hat that should fit most adult head sizes between a 6 7/8-8 hat size which is approximately a 22"-25" head size. If his head is at least 21" in circumference, then the hat would probably work. Otherwise it will probably be too big.
