It should. The men's Plan B Pro Spec Cap is a snapback type of hat that will fit most adult head sizes. A general guide would be from a 6 7/8" to an 8" hat size, or a 21 5/8" to a 25" actual head size. I know you mentioned your age, but sometimes age doesn't matter much with sizing. A better way to determine fit is by using those measurements I've referenced.
