The feel of the men's CCS Banks 5 Pkt Denim Straight jean in the Resin Rinse colorway is that of normal denim to me, but the fabric does have a sheen to it that may give the appearance of a 'wax look' I guess.

Very few. An inseam shorter than 30" would most likely have a 26" waistline or smaller. Most brands of jeans we carry are not in this size range. Seems the CCS branding would be your best chance though. You can check out sku #63-00072 or just do a search under men's jeans and look at the inseams offered from the lefthand column.

Yes, the men's CCS Banks 5 Pkt Denim Straight jeans will fit similar to the men's P.Rod by Nike SB Signature 5 Pocket Jeans. Both styles have a straight leg fit that ends with a 17" leg opening. The difference that does stand out is the low rise waist on the CCS branding vs the regular waist of the Pro Rod with a waist drawcord system.
