For the Tensor Tens Aluminum Lo Trucks (8 or 8.25), would both work great for an 8.25 deck. You will not want anything larger than (8.25). I would recommend either the (8 or 8.25), as they will both work.

Yes. The Tensor Tens Aluminum Lo Trucks will work on an 8" deck with 53mm wheels. There is a variable with the wheels though, and that is your weight. But if you experience some wheel bite with this set up, you can always add risers.

The Tensor Tens Aluminum Lo Trucks weigh 11.28oz each. Although aluminum is lightweight, it is still very durable when used in some applications, such as skateboard trucks.
