Are the graphics silk screened on or are they those heat transfer sheets?

The graphics on the Deathwish Lizard Buried Alive Deck is the heat transfer sheet as far as I can tell. It doesn't look like it was silk screened on, but it is hard to tell with the lamination. For the most part though, silk screening is used more on fabrics rather than on harder surfaces. The ink needs to 'bleed' through so to speak and this can not be accomplished that well on harder materials.
