The Powell Mini Logo Deck does come with free grip tape. You can upgrade your grip tape, for an additional charge.

It does seem the deck will get longer as the board gets wider. So I took a low measurement and a high measurement so to speak. The length of the Powell Mini Logo Deck in a size 7.5 is 31 3/8" long. The length of the Powell Mini Logo Deck in a size 8.00 is 32" long.
