I'm just confuse what this really is .. Is it a downlow or Tall?

The product says it is downlow but the definition on the bottom says Tall.. Which is the right one?. I want The Tall version of this Truck.. Would it be possible that I'm going to get The tall if I'm going to order this certain product?
