Even though the men's CCS Clipper Chino Short Skinny Fit are 100% cotton, they are pre-washed through the manufacturer and shouldn't really shrink all that much. You can use cold temperatures during first few times of washing/drying to help eliminate the risk of further shrinkage. But I would still recommend consulting the size guide provided online to figure out what may be the best fit for your waistline. The other dimensions should fall into place after that.
