Question

What is the approximate weight of these trucks?

I have thunder 145 trucks, but i feel its too small for my 8 inch deck. Im afraid that the weight of these independents will make my board feel too heavy. Do you think that it will really make a difference?

The Independent Stage 11 Standard Trucks, weigh 26.88 oz (13.44 oz each), as compared to the Thunder Polished Hi Trucks, that weigh about 13 oz a piece. The difference in weight shouldn't really matter, because it's such a small difference (.44 oz).

I am still awaiting an answer from the purchasing department to verify that the 8.25" Independent Stage 11 Standard Trucks posted online are indeed the 8.5" axle width. When I measured these, I did get 8.5" for the axle. So if 8.25" is ordered, that is the dimension you will receive. The information online should be corrected soon.
