The Vans Era has been pumping out fresh styles since 1975. These kicks follow the same foolproof plan: A comfortably padded collar and a no-slip bottom give skaters a great feel for their board. The tradition continues today as the Vans Era is constantly getting slick new color updates. At this point, Vans is just showing off. Uppers made of canvas and/or suede and/or leather. Die-cut EVA insert. Traditional gum rubber outsole.

The iconic Vans side stripe was introduced to the world in 1977 on the Vans Old Skool. Today’s skaters know the side stripe puts the Old Skool on par with some of the most durable and revered skate shoes ever built. Staying true to its roots after all these years, the Old Skool continues to drop fresh color updates. The Vans Old Skool is still going strong. Vintage, vulcanized rubber outsole construction. Vans’ own waffle grip sole for unmatched traction on the board. Combination suede/canvas upper.

how long would this shoe last without being skated?

im very loyal to fallens when i skate. but i have bad ankles and i was wondering if these shoes would be comfortable enough and good enough for just chilling. and my ankles r bad so would it effect me?.
