Ever have those days when even tying your shoes seems like just too much? The perfect cure has been here since 1976: The Vans Classic Slip-On. Get the iconic silhouette with easy-on, easy-off functionality and extra padding cushioning. Hey, there’s a reason they’ve been street favorites for more than 30 years. Canvas upper. Padded collar and footbed for added comfort. Die-cut EVA insert for added support. Traditional gum rubber outsole.

Almost everyone has had a pair of these. And one thing is obvious, they are NOT. FOR. SKATING. They rip without even skating. Even if you did skate them, I guarantee a sore foot from lack of support and padding. Yes, they are okay for hanging out and for every day school, but don't ever think twice about shredding with them. Not to mention it's a bit over pricey for how long they last (which isn't long at all).
Pros: stylish
Cons: non-durable, no support

Runs kind of small. Otherwise pretty, good.

The bottom of the zipper is pretty constricting. It's really warm, but compared to other jacket's it's not exactly the most comfortable, especially with the zipper along the bottom of the hood/top part of the collar. It's not too bad at all though. It's a really gnarly jacket in the end, and it looks sick on a bunch of people.
Also, the black paint on the metal Fallen insignia on the corner chips off easily, so in the end it's a silver metal Fallen insignia! :D
Pros: warm, stylish
Cons: a little uncomfortable, runs small

The Fallen Slash is the perfect kick to shred in. Brian "Slash" Hansen's first pro shoe combines the easy rider look and feel you'd expect to see under Slash's board stomping feet. The suede/canvas upper provides you with a fresh style, and great durability. The EVA insole provides great cushioning upon impact for those long days of hardcore boardin’. Foam padded collar and tongue. Vulcanized sole.

Gnarly. Rip a little easy.

I have a tendency to skate the least padded shoes, and these ones were definitely a step up from my usual choice of Emericas. I didn't think I'd skate them too well and that I'd go back to skating my old Romero 2s. In the end I l-o-v-e-d these shoes. They broke in so easily and had an amazing feel. The only downside is that the grip on them wears down really easy, and they've worn down a lot even though I barely practice street anymore and concentrate more on vert. The sides also rip easily. However, they've lasted me about a month so far so there's no complaints other than that. Out of all the Fallen shoes I've skated, these are one of the best.
The graphic on the back is sick too.
Pros: comfy, good board feel, break in easily, stylish
Cons: rip easily, no support

Obviously, like most flannels, there's a lot of color layering you can't see but this one has a lot. It's pretty awesome. It's warm and I personally love it as an over shirt for almost anything. One of my favorite flannels out of any of the ones I've bought. Sometimes the sleeves can get really annoying. When I say uncomfortable, it's not extremely, just ehh. You'll notice it when you've worn it enough times.
Pros: stylish, durable
Cons: uncomfortable

I love these shows. They have awesome grip, and compared to a lot of other Emerica shoes, they don't rip easily. The pads on the bottom are super comfy, the only thing I had to do was throw them in a microwave for 10 seconds to break them in a little, but they are great for skating. I've got so many tricks in these shoes.
Pros: durable, good sole, great grip

I've skated a lot of Emericas, and out of all of the ones I've placed my foot in, these are by far my favorite skate shoes. I had these for a couple months, and I skated these every day for at least 2 hours. They are freakin' comfy, and even though they are pretty much done, I still try to keep it on life support with a combo of shoe-glue and duct tape.
Pros: good board feel, stylish, durable, comfortable, good grip
Cons: wears down after a while

It's hard to believe that Steve Caballero's legendary Half Cab has been around since '91. The legacy of this perfect shoe continues to this day. The premium leather upper provides an unmatched style, while the outsole rocks an OG board feel with waffle sole vulcanized construction. Drop in PU misole.

I am a MEN us7 and WOMEN 8.5, so do i choose 7 or 8.5 for the sizing area? Are the sizes in men or women?

The sizes are in Men's, as it says on the product. Chose a 7.

Shoe Size

if you compare them with normal vans like the era edition they run your true size, or they run bigger or smaller?
It's all the same for most Vans. I personally don't like them. They rip without even skating them.

how do these shoes fit in regards to length and width?

Are these shoes really wide, narrow, or in between
i've heard that they run somewhat long and i was wondering if it was long enough to consider getting a half size down
In general Emericas are long and a bit narrow, but nothing too extreme. A lot of people I know with naturally wide foot structure still love them, so I would recommend them anyway. But I'ma little biased towards Emerica because they were the first shoes I ever skated and I still do to this day. Obviously, they rip a little easy, and the suede helps out a lot.
